  1. Can I just get a ballpark figure of how much it will cost to clean my home?

    We may be able to give you a very wide range that takes into account all the possibilities of cleaning your home. However, we can’t tell you the exact price without seeing your home. Because every home is unique, we would like to meet you at your home before we schedule your first time cleaning, giving you the chance to get to know us.

     

  2. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment?

    Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. You don't have to provide a thing unless you would like something cleaned with one of your products simply let us know!

     

  3. Will the same person be in my home each time?

    We make sure that one of the owners or manager is always at your home with the team members.  If a member changes we will contact you before hand.

     

  4. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    That is up to you, if you do provide us with a key or entrycode we keep your family's safety in mind as we never keep your address with the key, we only use a number as a reference.

     

  5. What types of payments does SuperNova accept?

    We accept checks, cash, or paypal (all major credit cards) payable on our site.

     

  6. Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes we are!       

  7. What types of vacuums do you use?

    All of our vacuum's are made by Oreck and have a hypo-allergenic filtration system.

     

  8. What happens if I miss my appointment?

    We request 24 hours advance notice when you need to cancel an appointment.  If we are not notified of a cancellation for a scheduled appointment we charge a $40.00 fee.

     

  9. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

    If you can have the provider come to your home and take a look at your residence you get a better idea of who we are, if they present themselves in a professional manner, if they really know what they are doing. Also get references from them, a few phone calls can alleviate any doubts the client may have about hiring a service.
